Finnish Marine Industries Federation Finnboat

The mission of the association is to bring together boating companies under one roof and to promote their operations and healthy competition, as well as to promote boating and boating safety in our country. The main focus of the activities is on exhibitions in the field. The organizer of the Helsinki International Boat Show is Osuuskunta Suomen Messus and Finnboat is the sponsor of the fair. In August each year, Finnboat also organizes an in-water boat show in Helsinki.
In addition to exhibition activities, it is worth mentioning the following:

• Finnboat News three times a year
• drawing up the necessary forms for the boat trade
• preparation of statistical surveys and business cycle barometers in the sector
• Organizing boat parliament training events
• press conferences and industry press releases
• joint advertising in the field at home and abroad and coordination of export projects
• boating promotions in Finland
• cooperation with boating schools, boating organizations and authorities
• Publication of the Boating Aapinen - Båtlivets ABC guide, etc.
